Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the UseView website and platform (the “Service”) operated by UseView (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UseView, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UseView operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
